Profile

Our 30,000 square feet facility is located in Laval, Quebec. Our operations take place in a temperature controlled environment to ensure the accuracy of our products. We manufacture a wide variety of highly complex parts from various materials as per our customers drawings and specifications:

  • Components for communications, microwave (WG and Coaxial)
  • Components for antenna systems in space application
  • Panels and housings for cockpit systems
  • Housings for enhanced vision systems, GPS receivers and communications

CNC milling

4-axis, 5-axis verical and horizontal, high speed up to 25,000 RPM, multi-pallet and automation

CNC turning

High precision turning, multi-tasking Integrex centers, robotic.

EDM

EDM (EDM SINK) and the wire (EDM Wire) for the realization of highly accurate and complex forms.

Deburring of precision

Deburring made stereoscopic microscope up to 20X magnification. Sandblast. Cleaning ulltrasons.

Assembling

Thermal assembly, epoxy casting, installation of helical inserts, installation of various attachments.
